One person is dead, and three others are hospitalized after a shooting Tuesday afternoon in Tampa. Officers received a call shortly before 1 p.m. reporting shots heard in the area of 2600 East 28th Avenue. Three men were found with gunshot wounds, according to officials. A fourth victim was later found to be injured in the shooting. One was pronounced dead at the hospital, and the other three are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The intersection of East 28th Avenue and 28th Street is currently closed as police investigate. While it's still early in the investigation, detectives say they believe the shooting was targeted and that there is no ongoing threat to the community. No arrests have been made at this time.
