Description
Hillary Simpson and her family have dealt with loud music, partying and all types of disturbances for the last year and a half.
"We've dealt with people jumping over the fence to our backyard, we have dealt with woken up in middle of night due to loud noise screaming, basketball playing," Simpson said.
Simpson's backyard is right next to a short-term rental property's backyard, and hearing noises at all hours of the day and night has her taking steps to block it out.
"We're looking to replace the windows, and hopefully this structure helps," she said.
Her backyard is currently under construction because she is having a 15-foot concrete pool house built in an attempt to block out the noise from the short-term rental property.
