Description
The father of a man who went on a deadly rampage across South Tampa Sunday night is speaking out about his son's actions and death.
Police say 48-year-old Jeremiah Bailey was "intentionally" aiming for pedestrians as he drove around wildly. The violent spree left one man dead and three other pedestrians injured.
It all ended in a high-speed chase on I-275, where Tampa police stopped Bailey's car before they shot and killed him. Three officers were also injured on that scene.
Jeremiah's father, Jody Bailey, lives in Indiana and spoke with 10 Tampa Bay's Hannah Dineen by phone Tuesday morning. He shared that his son had a brain operation years ago, after suffering a serious fall onto concrete, and hasn't been the same since.
