An investigation is underway in Pinellas County after police said they found a man dead Sunday morning. The Clearwater Police Department said the man, later identified by detectives as 38-year-old Everton Dove, was found just after 7 a.m. near an access road in the 21000 block of U.S. Highway 19 North. After further investigation, detectives were able to confirm that the death was a homicide.
