A 33-year-old man was arrested after allegedly striking a Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office deputy's patrol car just after midnight on Saturday in Zephyrhills. Troy Cochran reportedly hit the patrol car as deputies were trying to stop him while responding to a disturbance around 12:38 a.m., the agency stated in an X post.
