Florida Highway Patrol and the Tampa Police Department made multiple arrests after disrupting a planned street takeover late Friday night into early Saturday morning. As a result of the operation, four drivers were charged with felonies, six passengers were charged with street racing and takeover, four vehicles were impounded with 30-day holds.
