Tropical Storm Francine is becoming better organized and a little stronger in the Gulf of Mexico as it churns closer to the Louisiana coast.
What was once Potential Tropical Cyclone Six, the newly named tropical system has maximum sustained winds of 65 mph and is located about 415 miles south-southwest of Cameron, Louisiana, according to the National Hurricane Center's latest advisory.
