Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a teen who allegedly stabbed someone to death Friday in Plant City, the agency said in a news release. Roelmer Fabriso, 18, is facing charges of second-degree murder with a weapon, the sheriff's office said. Deputies responded to reports of a stabbing around 1 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23 on Bob Smith Avenue. They found the victim with severe injuries to his upper body, according to the sheriff's office.
