Description
A New York man was arrested after he was driving drunk on the wrong side of the road with his dog.
Brandon Bowman, 34, was going 50 mph in a 25 mph zone without his headlights on when he was pulled over by Florida Highway Patrol at about 9:56 p.m. Friday near the area of Blind Pass Road and Harrell Avenue, according to his arrest report.
Bowman, who is from Syracuse, showed signs of impairment and he was arrested for DUI, marking his fifth arrest for DUI, according to troopers.
