Police are responding to a shooting Tuesday afternoon in Winter Haven. Officers say they received a call at 3:20 p.m. saying someone had been shot inside a home on Avenue F Se. Police arrived and began assisting the person who was shot until emergency responders arrived. The person was transported to the hospital, where their condition is unknown.
