A missing child alert has been issued for a 10-month-old baby boy out of West Palm Beach. Abnel Devalon has been missing since Thursday and was last seen in the area of North Congress Avenue, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said in a news release. Authorities added the baby may be with 38-year-old Felicienne Azor-Devalon. Abnel is described as a Black child and 15 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Felicienne is described as a 5'05'' Black woman and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
