The Tampa Police Department arrested two men on charges connected to a deadly shooting in May in the South Howard neighborhood, authorities said. Jakhari Filmore, 25, and Darryl Hill, 24, are charged with felon in possession of a firearm following a weeks-long investigation that found the men were in the area at the time of the shooting, according to Tampa police.
