A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for a 3-year-old Hillsborough County boy. Authorities say Zeppelin Bell was last seen in the area of Pritcher Road and Pritcher Manor Court in Lithia. He is described as being 3-foot-4 and 37 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. The 3-year-old was last seen wearing a blue shirt and green boxer briefs. Hillsborough County deputies say Zeppelin's father, Kelley Bell, took the boy during a supervised visit on Feb. 12. The two may be traveling to New Mexico, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Kelley is described as a 5-foot-8, 180-pound man with brown hair and brown eyes. He may also have tattoos on his right arm, shoulder and calf. Anyone with information on where Kelley and Zeppelin Bell may be is asked to contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 813-247-8200 or call 911.
