Children’s success in school can impact their success in life, but new data obtained by 10 Investigates shows more than 15,000 students -- mostly Black and Hispanic -- are missing valuable classroom time due to suspensions from Hillsborough County Public Schools. “We have got to do something different,” said Rep.
