Description
After three years as a fugitive for allegedly assaulting Capitol Police officers on Jan. 6, 2021, Jonathan Pollock of Lakeland, Florida, is finally in custody, the Federal Bureau of Investigation said.
Two others accused of being involved in the Capitol attack, including his sister, have also been arrested.
Pollock, according to the FBI, attacked multiple police officers with a deadly weapon during the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. A $30,000 reward for Pollock's capture has been active since September 2022 when it was doubled from $15,000.
Pollock, along with two others facing charges related to Jan. 6 — his sister, Olivia Pollock, and friend, Joseph Hutchinson — were arrested early Saturday at a ranch in Groveland, a city located in Lake County. The FBI says all three are set to appear Monday, Jan. 8 in federal court in Ocala.
