Ocala Police have issued an arrest warrant for the man suspected in the deadly mall shooting that killed one person and injured another. In a statement posted to their social media pages, the OPD said it would offer $5,000 to anyone whose information helps track down 49-year-old Albert J. Shell, Jr. Shell is wanted for first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.
