Ashley Furniture is one of the largest furniture retail brands in the U.S. with store locations across Florida. In April 2022, several Ashely Furniture customers filed a class action lawsuit alleging the furniture retailer violated California law by advertising products with fake “original” prices and corresponding “phantom discounts,” tricking customers into thinking they were getting good deals. Ashley Furniture has denied any wrongdoing but agreed to a settlement in the case.
