A 22-year-old man who's been accused of causing a deadly crash Wednesday on the Sunshine Skyway Bridge is facing more charges. A rideshare driver and one of his passengers were killed after Leosvay Roman drove the wrong way on the interstate and collided head-on with the van, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
