Tampa police officers arrested a third person in the deadly Halloween weekend shooting in Ybor City, the department announced Thursday. Chief Lee Bercaw is expected to be joined by State Attorney Suzy Lopez to talk more about the arrest around 4 p.m. Two people were killed in the shooting and 16 people were hurt; of those, 15 were shot and one other was seriously injured, Bercaw said earlier.
