Residents are being told to shelter in place after an attempt to serve a search warrant at a home led to an explosion in Arlington Monday night. According to the Arlington County Police Department, officers went to a home in the 800 block of North Burlington Street to execute a search warrant, that is when the unidentified suspect fired a flare gun from inside the residence.
