Sean Williams, the man who authorities say escaped from a transport van in Tennessee, appeared bloodied and bruised not long after capture Tuesday in Pinellas County. Video released by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office shows Williams restrained to a wheelchair while deputies work to process him in jail. The 52-year-old, facing charges of child rape, sexual exploitation of a minor and more, eluded law enforcement while being transferred to court in mid-October, according to Tennessee law enforcement. The FBI office in Tampa alerted the public Tuesday afternoon that there was a sighting of him in Pinellas County. According to the agency's wanted poster, he reportedly was born in Florida, but it's not immediately known what ties he might have to the Tampa Bay area.
