A reward of up to $8,000 is being offered in exchange for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for killing a 33-year-old man back in August. The deadly shooting happened overnight on Aug. 6 in the parking lot of Gold Rush Arcade on 14th Street West. The lot was being used for overflow parking at the Touch of Class nightclub. According to deputies, 33-year-old Dwight Evans, Jr. of Bradenton was "gunned down" around 2:30 a.m. in the arcade parking lot. Detectives said they believe someone saw people in a car that drove away from the scene that night.
