Description
A suspected gunman in the deadly Halloween weekend shooting in Ybor City was denied bond and will remain behind bars until a hearing on Thursday.
During that next court appearance, a judge will consider whether 22-year-old Tyrell Phillips will remain in jail prior to trial. He's believed to be at least one of possibly two gunmen in the shootout between two groups early Sunday morning.
Phillips faces a charge of second-degree murder with a firearm after a 14-year-old and 20-year-old were killed and 16 other people were hurt.
