A Tampa man is alive thanks to two police officers who were in the right place at the right time. Officer Julius Cannon and Officer Adam Harris jumped into action on April 26 to save a man suffering from a stroke. Every Wednesday, the officers deliver meals to those in need as a part of the Tampa Police Department's partnership with Meals on Wheels. Normally, the officers knock on a recipient's door, and someone answers.
