Description
Tropical Depression Twenty-One has formed just in the nick of time as it's only hours away from landfall.
The system is currently located just east of Nicaragua in the Caribbean Sea and is forecast to move over land early Tuesday, according to the National Hurricane Center.
Earlier in the day, the disturbance developed what forecasters called a "well-defined center," meaning it was well on its way to strengthening. But it'll soon run out of warm water and once over land, the depression will weaken.
