Tropical Storm Tammy continues as a Category 1 hurricane. Here is the latest from the National Hurricane Center. Hurricane Tammy is bringing hurricane conditions to parts of the Leeward Islands this weekend. Much of the Lesser Antilles will likely see heavy rainfall and flooding. Hurricane warnings are in effect for Guadeloupe, Antigua, Barbuda, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis. Several other Caribbean islands are under a tropical storm warning.
