Some travelers were stuck on airplanes at Tampa International Airport as crews worked to restore power outage issues happening throughout the facility Wednesday evening into the overnight hours. The airport began experiencing power outages that impacted the main terminal and airsides A and F at around 9:05 p.m., Tampa International Airport said in a news release. "Our teams are assessing the issue and working to resolve the outage as quickly as possible," TPA said on its Twitter account. "We will provide updates here on our Twitter account."
