Police say they are looking for a man accused of killing a 24-year-old during a shooting Sunday afternoon in Haines City. Now, there's a reward attached to information leading to his arrest. A 46-year-old man was also shot in the incident and taken to a nearby hospital, the Haines City Police Department said in an updated news release. He is in surgery but is expected to recover. Authorities say Kristavion Harris should be considered armed and dangerous. An arrest warrant has been obtained for the 22-year-old who will be charged with second-degree murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and using or displaying a firearm during the commission of a felony.
