An arrest affidavit reports that Michael Wilimas got into a fight with another man before pulling out a gun and shooting him. The gunfire happened around 3 p.m. in the 2100 block of 9th Avenue South in Kenwood neighborhood, the St. Pete Police Department said in a news release.
