Drivers in downtown St. Pete could see traffic congestion as hundreds of cement trucks pour concrete Friday night for The Residences at 400 Central. From 7 p.m. Friday to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 13, drivers and people walking in the area can expect to see the 650 concrete trucks prepared to lay the foundation. It's expected to be the "largest-ever continuous pour of concrete for a non-government project in the city’s history."
