A community is in mourning after a pregnant mother of two was shot and killed Wednesday night. Latoya Gay, 26, was caught in the crossfire of a shootout involving "multiple parties" at Silver Oaks Apartments on Kenneth Court in Tampa, according to Tampa police. Police arrested a 16-year-old boy and charged him with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection to the shootout. However, he, nor anyone else, has been charged with homicide in connection to Gay's death.
