One man and a girl were rescued after an incident occurred at a beach Sunday in St. Petersburg, deputies say. The man and girl were taken to a nearby hospital and are seriously hurt, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said in a news release. The two were at Pass-a-Grille Beach when the incident occurred and authorities say the investigation of the rescue remains ongoing.
