According to the Plantation Fire Department, a vehicle was submerged in pond water on Thursday, April 13 in Plantation, Florida, after the driver ended up in a flooded area. The driver was able to escape the car before it was submerged, the fire department said. Many areas of southern Florida experienced severe flooding this past week.
