Harvey Weinstein's lawyer says jurors "will have no choice but" find the former US film producer not guilty of the sex crimes charges he faces at his retrial in New York after his conviction was overturned last year by the New York Court of Appeals. "We think we made a pretty compelling argument to the jury that when they hear the evidence from the witness stand, they will be inundated with inconsistencies and reasonable doubt," lawyer Arthur Aidala says.
