Arab-Israeli workers put up a fence around the Palestinian village of Sinjil, north of West Bank's Ramallah, after weeks of settler incidents. The 1,500-meter-long fence was erected on the eastern side of the town and it separates it from Route 60. "They have besieged us. We cannot leave.
