On warm days, the Svitanok organisation leaves its door open, welcoming the marginalised residents of eastern Ukraine's Kramatorsk. Be it those living with HIV, recovering from drug addiction, or sex workers -- all in need are offered medical guidance and respite, even as Russian troops advance towards the city. "I come here all the time," says Oleg Makaria, who is HIV positive and displaced from his home in Donetsk, adding that he feels "relaxed" at the centre.
