A woman was killed in a house fire in Brighton Sunday, Brighton Fire Rescue said. The fire was first reported around 11:30 a.m. at a home in the 12000-block of East 132nd Avenue. The fire department said three residents were inside the home at the time. Two of them escaped without serious injuries. Firefighters brought the third person out of the home and started lifesaving measures, but she died of her injuries.
