New video obtained by CBS 8 shows the frantic efforts to save lives after a panga boat carrying migrants capsized off the Del Mar coast early Monday morning, resulting in at least three deaths and a missing child. The incident, which occurred around 6:30 a.m., threw all 17 occupants into the water. The footage captures the chaotic scene as several people struggle to reach the shore. Several migrants rushed back into the water to help others. In one dramatic moment, a man is seen throwing a life jacket to another person in distress.
