Residents in La Jolla, Pacific Beach and Soledad neighborhoods reported smelling and tasting chlorine in their tap water. The City of San Diego told CBS 8 that it added more chlorine to the Bay View reservoir to ensure water quality, and some residents served by the reservoir picked up on the taste and smell.
