Portland police arrested Oscar Burell Jr. after he posted videos of himself appearing to drive dangerously. On Tuesday, Burell pleaded not guilty to several counts of reckless driving and reckless endangerment, and said he plans to represent himself during his trial. The judge banned him from driving for at least six months, and he also has to wear a GPS monitor as he waits for his trial.
