Description
The man convicted of first-degree murder for killing a woman by throwing a large rock through her windshield was sentenced Tuesday morning in Jefferson County to life in prison plus an additional 60 years.
On April 25, a jury convicted Joseph Koenig of a total of 19 counts related to the death of Alexa Bartell and to other victims who had objects thrown at their vehicles in separate incidents.
