Two Monument Police officers and three El Paso County deputies were taken to hospitals and later released after a house explosion on Saturday, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office said. Investigators believe the suspect, Miguel Borja, 24, intentionally caused the explosion after he had barricaded himself inside the house in Monument, the sheriff's office said in a news release.
