A homeowner shot and injured an intruder in their detached garage early Monday in Aurora, police said. Aurora Police interviewed the homeowner Monday morning and released him, saying they don't expect any charges. That does not mean the investigation is over, police said. Investigators will report their findings to the District Attorney's Office, which is standard practice. The District Attorney's Office determines what, if any, charges will be filed.
