A 20-year-old man allegedly had "lewd interactions" with a 15-year-old girl he met at a bus stop multiple times. Loy Don Stewart II would pull up to a bus stop located at Edwin Street Northeast and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard on May 8, 9 and 14 and "called to the victim saying 'come here little mama,'" according to a news release by the Winter Haven Police Department. Officials said Loy and the girl exchanged Instagram accounts and talked for a short period of time until his account was closed. On the three separate dates, Stewart would take the victim from her bus stop to her school and drop her off.
