A pursuit that began at a RaceTrac in Crystal River ended in a multi-vehicle crash on US-19 in Hernando County, officials said. First responders first responded to a crash at around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. But, according to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, the pursuit initially began after reports of a "suspicious person encounter" at the gas station.
