Police are awaiting autopsy results after human remains were discovered inside a plastic container at a southeast Houston home on Tuesday. Officers with the Houston Police Department found the remains around 12:20 p.m. at a residence located at 650 Edgebrook Drive, just west of Galveston Road. The discovery was made while executing a search warrant tied to a missing persons case, according to HPD. Investigators said the body was found in a makeshift shed connected to the home, wrapped inside a plastic container.
