A year ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, host city leaders hold a panel to discuss the competition, held across Mexico, the US and Canada. But President Donald Trump's travel restrictions and immigration policies cast a pall of uncertainty over preparations for the event in ways that few could have imagined.
