Description
Hurricane Francine could strike Louisiana as a Category 2 storm with heavy rain on the northern side. WWL Louisiana's Payton Malone breaks down the expected impacts from 100 mph winds and a fairly narrow band of extremely heavy rainfall that is expected with Francine.
The storm is expected to make landfall on the Louisiana coast Wednesday evening. The biggest threat could be damaging winds that could down trees and knock out power to tens of thousands.
