Pop-up thunderstorms today, thanks in part to a stalled front over the area. This kept most activity along the Bayou and coastal Parishes, and likely the same for Tuesday. An upper disturbance over Texas looks to move our way Wednesday but appears to be weakening as it does so and doesn't seem to increase rain chances. In fact, behind that disturbance a building upper ridge will keep us hot and dry heading into the start of the weekend.
