In the Thursday morning tropical update, Meteorologist Payton Malone says we could have our fist hurricane of the 2022 season soon... After 60 days of no system, we have Tropical Depression Five in the subtropics of the Atlantic. It's currently far away from land and won't impact anyone, but the cyclone is forecast to become our first hurricane of the 2022 season. Invest 91 is also on the verge of becoming a tropical cyclone. It's moving NW in the south central Atlantic. It's forecast to move NE of the Caribbean Islands then turn out to see by this weekend/early next week.
